We recommend Brev We’ll also need login access to these tools, and a domain based email address for deliverability. If you have tracking set up (like Google Analytics) or brand assets ready, even better, but not essential.
Quick Wins Campaign
You’ll need a clear campaign goal, but this is something we can help you define. We’ll need access to key platforms like your website, email system, CRM, and any ad accounts you plan to use (such as Meta, Google, or LinkedIn). We handle the idea (you'll have three to choose from), structure, copy, and setup. You just need to make sure we can access the right tools. If you're unsure about anything, we're happy to advise.
Marketing Audit and Fix
You’ll just need to give us access to your marketing assets. This can include your website, landing pages, email flows, or ad accounts. There’s nothing to prepare in advance. We’ll review what’s there, make three quick fixes (the kind we can handle within a few days), and provide clear recommendations based on our findings.
Yes, the price advertised is fixed.
Before starting, we’ll agree on the full scope of work with you. After your initial call, we’ll send an agreement outlining the terms and scope. Any additional work outside of this agreed scope will be charged at £35 per hour.
We’ll always discuss and confirm any extra costs with you beforehand.

Generally, no. We’re a small team, and while we work quickly, we want to ensure every sprint is completed to the highest standard. That’s why we only take on a small number of sprints at a time.
