Messaging and Positioning
Details of what your business does and who it’s for. If you’ve got existing copy, audience insight, or past messaging, great. If not, we’ll ask the right questions to get what we need.
Lead Magnet and Email
You’ll need a live website (or plans to set one up), and access to a CRM or email marketing platform for capturing and sending leads. We’ll also need login access to these tools, and a domain based email address for deliverability. If you have tracking set up (like Google Analytics) or brand assets ready, even better, but not essential.
Quick Wins Campaign
You’ll need a clear campaign goal, but this is something we can help you define. We’ll need access to key platforms like your website, email system, CRM, and any ad accounts you plan to use (such as Meta, Google, or LinkedIn). We handle the idea (you’ll have three to choose from), structure, copy, and setup. You just need to make sure we can access the right tools. If you’re unsure about anything, we’re happy to advise.
Marketing Audit and Fix
You’ll just need to give us access to your marketing assets — that could include your website, landing pages, email flows, or ad accounts. There’s nothing to prepare in advance. We’ll review what’s there, make three quick fixes (the kind we can handle within a few days), and provide clear recommendations based on our findings.
AYes. There are built-in checkpoints where you can review and give feedback. You’ll always know where things stand.
